Pourceux qui ont des pb de ce type, qqfs en réinstallant le jeu ça refoncionne

Mais j'ai essayé la manoeuvre pour que la bouteille ne disparaisse pas et là rien

bonjour j ai un probleme lorsque je me connecte mon village a disparu, j ai pourtant toujours monniveau 40 et tout mes smurfs! Mais plus de village juste un fond vert, et on me redemande de reinstaller la maison du grand slurf et tout! que faire

Essaie de te connecter a game center peut être qu une sauvegarde du je te sera proposé, sinon j ai lu sur le forum menu principal options restart game, mais je n ai jamais testé. En premier lieu, j etenderai mon iPhone puis redemmarage mais je pense que tu l as déjà fait.

Heu esteban un conseil ne fais surtout pas sque bbsoleil te dis,si tu fais restart game tu vas tout perdre....elle est bidon bbsoleil faut pas l'écouter elle joue tout les jours 18h sur 24 minimum mais elle est pas capable de donner un bon conseil,bonne à rien va hahahaha mais t'inquiète pas esteban je t envoi un message privé por t expliquer comment faire

If you opened the Game and your village reverted back to a lower level or restarted to level one, the most important thing to do is close the app immediately and do not continue playing. Then power cycle and restart your device (hold the sleep button on the top until a “slide to power of” message appears. After the device has restarted, go back to the App: your old village should be back.If that has not helped, see the section “Backing up the village – preventing data loss and restoring a lost village” on how to restore it from a backup point.
Once the village is connected with Game Center, an online version of the current village is saved in nearly real time. Logging into that Game Center account on a different device or logging in again after a data loss makes it possible to restore the lost village, the app will ask weather to start a new village/continue the saved village or use the online saved version to restore to the device.
Both versions can be previewed and after that the correct one restored. This also enables the player to either play the game with the same village on two different devices or, by creating a second Game Center account, to have two different villages on one device.If Game Center is not available for the device or a village has not been connected to it before some data got lost, it is possible to restore the village from a previous backup point. The game creates a backup once a day, a list of these backups can be found in a hidden feature.
After tapping on the small head of Papa Smurf found in the options menu for 16 times a “Recover Village” button appears at the bottom right side of the options menu. Clicking on that gives a list of the latest backups. The villages saved there can be previewed and, if needed, restored

C est restore village et non restart avec toutes mes excuses esteban, les joies de la correction orthographique de l iPhone et j espère que tu vas pouvoir récupérer ton jeu.

Il te faudra taper 16 fois sur la tête du grand S dans le menu option et le bouton restore te sera proposé
